Negros Occidental’s independent filmmaking scene comes alive this January 26 to 30 through the 2nd Bacollywood Negros Film Festival. Numerous independent films are going to be shown for free at the universities and colleges in Bacolod City.
The aim of the Festival is to gather all Negrense and regional filmmakers into one event that would showcase their films. It is also a venue for discussion and promtion of Independent Film Making in the region.
Bacollywood is cooperative production of the Produksyon Tramontina with Bacolod schools and the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA).
