There is no entry form, only submit the bio data with the required personal information as well as photos detailed in the mechanics <strong><a href="http://filmdevcouncilph.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=121&Itemid=28" rel="nofollow">here</a></strong> Since you're living/working abroad, I humbly suggest you coordinate with your closest Philippine embassy or consulate in regards to the official documents you could submit to support your citizenship and residency. Since the FDCP is a government agency under the office of the Philippine president, the consulate/embassy should have some info in regards to the contest. In the future, please direct all inquires regarding this matter to the FDCP, you can reach them via telephone: (632) 632-9512; (632) 633-2204 or fax: (632) 638-2739; (632) 634-6984.
