Hi Manny, according to the mechanics, the FDCP does not accept email entries only hard copy submissions, 7 to be exact, through post or courier.

There is no entry form, only submit the bio data with the required personal information as well as photos detailed in the mechanics here

Since you're living/working abroad, I humbly suggest you coordinate with your closest Philippine embassy or consulate in regards to the official documents you could submit to support your citizenship and residency. Since the FDCP is a government agency under the office of the Philippine president, the consulate/embassy should have some info in regards to the contest.

In the future, please direct all inquires regarding this matter to the FDCP, you can reach them via telephone: (632) 632-9512; (632) 633-2204 or fax: (632) 638-2739; (632) 634-6984.

Strangely the organization doesn't have an email address for inquiries but you could join their forum here

Or you could reach them on their website. There's an inquiry box at the lower-left corner of the FDCP homepage. Hope this helps you.
