Cebu’s Theater for Teens and Kids Summer Workshop now Open

Cebu’s Little Boy Productions returns the popular Summer Theater Workshops for Kids & Teens!
Kids and teens from as young as 4 years old are welcome to join the three-week workshops designed to teach them voice, dance and acting skills, give them performance experience, build a sense of accomplishment and, most of all, let them have fun this summer.
Working and playing together, they develop friendships and a bond that lasts long after the summer has gone. Kurt Vonnegut once said, “Participation in the arts makes the soul grow. That’s why you engage in it. That’s how you grow a soul.”
The Workshop’s facilitators are Jill Pena (BFA Theater Arts-Ateneo de Manila University, Recipient of a Loyola Schools Award for the Arts 2007) who performed the lead in Disney’s “Mulan Jr”, Repertory Philippines and actor Acey Aguilar who has performed for various theater groups at De La Salle University’s College of Saint Benilde and Tanghalang Pilipino at the Cultural Center of the Philippines. He is a familiar face on television, having appeared in several commercials and was also part of ABS-CBN’s “May Bukas Pa.”

- Theater for Kids (ages 4-6) 130PM-300PM

Recital-Culminating Show on May 1, 2010 at the Cenewof Theater, MBF Press Center, Sudlon, Lahug
Other classes to be offered: Creative Writing with Larry Ypil, Fashion Design with Sal Malto and Photography Workshop for Teens.

For the 15 sessions (classes are from Monday to Friday: 3 weeks), the workshop fee is P 4,800.00, with group and early bird discounts available.
