A Post-Valentine festival for dog lovers, owners and their beloved dogs is set this Sunday, February 26 at the Mactan Shrine, Lapu-lapu City from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. The event, “Bark for Love”, will start off with a dog parade, followed by an opening ceremony.
