This coming September 19 will be Save the Earth’s CLEAN AND TAN. It is the group’s first official environmental event where they’ll be going to the beaches of Cebu and Mactan for a major coastal clean-up.

Come and enjoy cleaning fun in the sun in the beach attire of your choice.

FAIGAO WORKSHOP @ 26

The Faigao Memorial Annual Writers Workshop of Cebu will be held this year at the Talamban Retreat House of the University of San Carlos from 29-31 October 2010. The workshop, named after the poet Cornelio Faigao, is now in its 26th year.

Fifteen slots are reserved for writing fellows selected from among applicants who are asked to submit entries in Cebuano or English – a short story, 3 poems or 1 short play.
